Publication ethics
The article must be an article that has not been published anywhere before. and is not being considered for publishing anywhere. In the case that the article has previously been published in the form of an abstract or a thesis or has previously presented at any academic conference, must notify the section editor and must be referenced.
For human studies, a letter of permission from the Human Research Ethics Committee must be attached. The articles will be screened by experts with expertise in that field, at least 2 people per article, using a double-blinded format: both the expert and the author do not know each other's names.
Author’s roles and responsibilities
1. Author must write the article correctly according to the format specified. “Article Preparation” for the journal as specified in the submission statement.
2. Author must report facts arising from studies or research without distorting information.
3. Author must certify that the submitted work is new and has not been published anywhere before. In the case of human studies, a letter of permission from the Human Research Ethics Committee must be attached.
4. Author must cite the work of others if those works are used. By using the reference format specified by the journal. Authors must check for plagiarism. Specify the name of the software used and the results of the plagiarism checking and submit it with the work file.
5. The abstract must be both in Thai and English with accuracy and conciseness and get to the main points of the article that will be presented.
6. Author must edit the article according to the suggestions of the section editor and the reviewers. In cases where there are reasons for not being able to do, an explanation and reasons must be written and sent along with the edited article.
7. Author must return edited articles within the specified period.
Editor’s roles and responsibilities
1. Editor must provide useful advice or suggestions to those who request publication.
2. Editor must decide on which articles to be published considering articles which result in the development of academic work and which are important, clear, reliable and academically diverse according to the journal's objectives.
3.Editor must publish the article which have been reviewed by experts with expertise in that field and the author has made corrections according to the suggestions of the experts and the section editor. Or there is an explanation in case there is a reason which cannot be corrected.
4. Editor must not disclose information about the author, the reviewers of the articles and other people.
5. Editor must check articles for plagiarism.
6. Editor must consider the quality of articles to publish according to standards.
7. Editor must not publish articles that have been previously published elsewhere.
8. Editor must not have conflicts of interest with authors and reviewers.
9. Editor must develop and improve the journal to ensure consistent quality as well as continually try to raise the level of the journal to higher standards.
Reviewer’s roles and responsibilities
1.Reviewer should review articles in their field of expertise.
2. Reviewer must review articles according to the academic principles of the articles without using personal opinions or experiences that are not based on academic principles.
3. Reviewer must maintain confidentiality and not disclose information about the articles to other people.
4. Reviewer must inform the editor in case the articles are similar or duplicate other articles.
5. Reviewer must not have a conflict of interest with the author.
6. Reviewer must not use the reviewed articles for personal gain.
7. Reviewer must return the reviewed articles to the section editor within the specified period. |
